Personal Gardener
For the clients who want the highest level of care we offer our Personal Gardener program, and it takes a special person to fill this role. We’re looking for someone with a solid background in plant knowledge who knows what a landscape should look like and how to get it there. Personal Gardeners work on their own or with the help of one other team member to visit properties on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to keep them in the best condition possible in between cleanups. The person we hire for this job will be great at communicating with clients, experienced with local landscape plants, familiar with basic landscaping equipment and processes, and capable of learning and operating independently.
We consider our personal gardeners to be skilled craftspeople, and it is our goal to continue to develop those abilities. We work to improve your skills both in landscaping and management as you work with us. We consider our personal gardeners to be more than just landscapers – we train them to be leaders and artisans of their craft.

Depending on your skills and interests, you would be assigned to lead a landscape crew or a mowing crew. If you like pattern and routine, a mow crew may be for you. Want to do something new every day? You belong on a landscape crew. We work on some incredibly unique properties throughout the city. Head on over to our maintenance page to learn more about the kind of work this department does and check out our portfolio to see some of our properties.
We expect our foremen to not just carry out a work order, but to effectively manage job site work flow and act as a leader to your crew members.
